This document lays down the terms of use for the website regarding the top level domain names .istanbul and .ist, operated by İstanbul Dijital Medya Tic. A.Ş. (hereinafter to be referred to as "we", "our" and "us") founded in Turkey. İstanbul Dijital Medya Tic. A.Ş. is a subsidiary of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, a local administration founded under the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
